Sellers are responsible for:

Purchases and Payment
- All prices are specified in Bahraini Dinar (BHD)
- Payment is secure and encrypted through trusted payment gateways
- Order confirmation does not mean availability confirmation
- Prices and availability may change without prior notice
- We reserve the right to reject any order
Shipping and Delivery
- The seller is responsible for shipping products on time
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control
- Risk transfers to the buyer when the product is delivered to the shipping company

- Maximum liability is limited to the order value
Service Termination

- Account termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from
these terms will be resolved in Bahraini courts.
